Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping To the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States
The delivery policy of Boutiq Officials is that all orders will be sent using Priority Mail Service. Within two or three business days, you can expect most orders to arrive at your doorstep when you use this service. Kindly note that for more remote areas, the estimated delivery time can be up to 5 business days. In addition to shipping to the United Kingdom and Canada, we cover all major cities in the United States. Within the United States, we also provide overnight shipping, so you can buy something today and have it tomorrow.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Boutiq Officials’ Refund Policy
All goods that arrive at their final destinations are in poor condition, i.e., your parcel has been tampered with by courier workers. Please inform us immediately via our contact form, using your order number as the message topic. We will refund you for this loss by immediately reshipping the missing amount.
Also, please notify us if your parcel is missing or stolen. If you were given your delivery tracking information but did not receive your cargo due to USPS, FedEx, EMS, or a Courier worker, we will promptly refund the amount you paid for your order or reship it with another courier service at your request.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
